Specializing in natural hair extensions, thermal styling, protective services, and healthy hair maintenance, each appointment is thoughtfully tailored for individuals who appreciate both excellence and ease. As a mother, stylist, and new business owner, I’ve created Tangled to be more than just a salon studio—it’s a safe space. A place where you can show up as you are and leave feeling renewed. Here, you’ll find a balance of professionalism and comfort, with every detail designed to make your experience feel personal, intentional, and your time well spent. At Tangled, the goal is simple: to offer polished, exceptional results in a space that feels curated just for you. From start to finish each appointment is approached with consistency, a genuine commitment to your comfort, and your overall experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Tangled, your time and the quality of your experience matter. Every appointment is thoughtfully booked to ensure you receive the attention and care you deserve. To help keep things running smoothly, please review the following policies: Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 8 hours in advance. This allows time to adjust the schedule and offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 8 hours’ notice will be charged a small fee, but will not forfeit their deposit. Once the appointment confirmation window has passed, said appointment will be canceled, and must be rebooked based on availability. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show. After repeated no-shows, you must be approved to book future services. Late Arrivals: There is a 25-minute grace period. After 25 minutes, the appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
